Music Among Friends
Bear in mind this is a private party in a private home, limited strictly to friends on our email list. You have to be on our email list to make a reservation—no exceptions!
You can easily get on our email list by visiting the Contact Us page. Once a show is open for reservations (basically, when it is announced), you may secure your spot by prepaying the suggested donation amount.
Securing Your Seat
The suggested donation amount is:
- $30 per person for 1 to 3 band members
- $35 per person for 4 or more band members
Unless prepayment is waived for a particular show, you can complete this using three ways: Venmo, a check (exchanged for cash the day of the show), or cash at the door.
Paying by Check
If choosing the check option, your check must be dated the day of the show (or within 30 days of the show) and made payable directly to the artist, not to Rawhide Trail Concerts.

Waiting List & Our Trust Policy
About one week before a show that hasn't sold out, we open unpaid reservations by email request, with donations paid at the door. We operate entirely on trust—artists rely on this income, so if you reserve a seat, please show up or cancel early!
If a show sells out, request to be on our waiting list by emailing us or calling 512-300-6659. Let us know your party size and minimum accepted seats. We make custom name tags in advance, and for Sunday shows, we may call as late as Saturday morning!
