What is a Rawhide Trail House Concert?

What is a Rawhide Trail House Concert?

House concerts are a wonderful alternative to commercial music venues like bars and restaurants. Hosted right in a private home and attended mostly by friends, neighbors, coworkers, and invited guests, our concerts offer an intimate setting ideal for listening, completely free of loud and rowdy crowds. Best of all, 100 percent of your donations go directly to the artist.

No money goes to the house.

Talent & Invitations

We book incredible new talent as well as well-known touring artists. Because these are hosted in a private home, attendance is strictly by invitation only.

To receive an invitation and hear about upcoming shows, you must join our mailing list through our Contact page.

The Evening Schedule

We typically gather on a Sunday. We encourage you to bring your favorite dish to share for our potluck and bring your preferred drinks, as we are BYOB. We will gladly provide refreshing water and hibiscus iced tea for everyone.

5:30 PM

Potluck begins, giving everyone time to enjoy the views in our backyard and visit with friends.

7:00 PM

The musical performance begins.

The Performance Experience

All of our shows are indoors. We have discovered that a living room concert provides unparalleled intimacy and an extraordinary experience for our 50 to 60 guests.

The music ordinarily consists of two 45-minute sets with a 30-minute intermission. During the break and after the show, guests have the wonderful opportunity to buy CDs and merchandise directly from the artist. All merchandise proceeds go straight to them!

Seating & Comfort

We have plenty of chairs available for seating, so there is no need to bring your own furniture.

However, if you would like to bring a cushion, it is great way to save your seat and provide a bit more comfort on the metal chairs. If you ever need any special accommodations, please call and let us know so we can help make you feel welcome.
